Liana TANG

Liana Tang is Second Director of Smart Nation Strategy Office, Ministry of Communications and Information. Having served for over 15 years in the Singapore Public Service, her experience spans policy, planning, communications, and engagement across various domains such as culture, heritage, digital, and population policies. Her current role covers Futures and Strategy in the digital domain, exploring the emerging issues and plausible futures in digital, translating insights into strategy to inform and transform Singapore’s Smart Nation ambitions. A biologist by training, her academic and policy interests lie in the intersection of science and technology.
