David LOW

David Low is Director of the Legal Division at Singapore’s Smart Nation Group, where he provides legal advice on issues relating to technology, media, and telecommunications law, and in particular on Singapore’s Smart Nation and digital government initiatives. He also serves as one of the Vice-Chairpersons of the Singapore Legal Service’s Technology Law Cluster, a community of public sector lawyers developing expertise in technology law so as to help the Singapore Government address its fast-evolving technology needs and chart Singapore’s digital future.
